Ingrid Barclay is the proud creator and director of Body Conquest Personal Training and is a highly accredited strength coach, personal trainer and fitness consultant who has been helping clients with physical change for twenty years.  With a lifetime passion for the sports and fitness industry Ingrid has strived to share her wealth of experience and knowledge with her clients and creating them better, healthier more active and more rewarding lifestyles.  With a professional work ethic and friendly attitude Ingrid believes not only in the importance of hard work in order to reach goals but the need to do so in a positive and relaxed environment.

Linda Wilson

I am married with 3 adult sons and have lived in Geelong all my life.  I enjoy spending time with family and friends and love the cafe and coffee scene in Geelong and anywhere else for that matter - yes I am a coffee snobJ.  I also enjoy live theatre, concerts, musicals, sporting events and travel.  Fitness interests include weight training, group training either indoors or outdoors, together with running.  I ran my first marathon in 2012 on the Gold Coast, which was a fantastic experience. 

I became a trainer so I could help and motivate people to achieve their health and fitness goals, particularly people who are around my own age group and especially women.  I believe that age is just a number, not a barrier and you can achieve anything no matter what your age.
