I never really dieted as such because I love
cooking, have a family and did not want to restrict myself from too many nutritional things. Yes, I cut out carbs
2 weeks out, depleted, carb loaded and water depleted but that is because I thought that was the correct thing to do.
Now that I have got more understanding, I don't think I will go through that again. I use my body as an experiment. Sweet potato didn't work for me when carb loading, so I changed to white potato. What I will do the next time, I'll just have
to wait and see. I still was a bit naughty and ate chocolate most days!!
