Hey Ing,
Took some photos this morning after I worked out.Not heaps different but I think and feel much better than what I was and I am definitely on my way because I'm not going to stop. And although it wasn't groundbreaking I feel SO much better. I have more energy, I'm more confident, I dropped a dress size, I bought a new pair of jeans for the first time in like a year..I fit into shorts I didn't fit into last summer.But I just wanted to say thank you so much for giving me the motivation I need because if it wasn't for you I would probably look and feel as sad as I look in the before picture.

After training as an elite athlete as a teenager I got to university age and then started work and priorities other than healthy eating and training took over. Before I knew it, I had put on weight, lost self-confidence and was generally feeling unhealthy.
I tried several times to 'diet' and motivate myself with various exercise / eating regimes, none of which I had the motivation or accountability to stick to. After seeing me struggle through this my partner decided to get me some 'help' so he found Ingrid's website and got me in touch with her.
Ingrid has been my online personal trainer for over 2 years now. I could not be happier with the results I have achieved due to Ingrid's extensive knowledge, continual support, encouragement, perseverance and belief in me. Ingrid has got to know me well and is able to understand when I need a gentle shove or rather large push in the right direction or when to help me 'chill out' or go a bit easier on myself. Ingrid pushes me to my limit which allows me to achieve my absolute best possible results with my personal health and fitness. Ingrid ALWAYS gets back to me within 24 hours about any concerns or to answer any of my annoying little questions, no matter how silly they may seem. Ingrid can design a number of different health and fitness strategies depending on what works for the individual and she is always friendly, polite and professional when dealing with me.
Ingrid makes sure that my training and eating plans are flexible if needed and updates them regularly which really helps me to stay focused and motivated, and not get sick of doing the same thing every week. It also means my body has to continually adapt to the new changes / demands Ingrid's well thought out plans place on it, which results in continual improvements.
I have enjoyed my new way of life so much that last year I decided to start training to compete in a bodybuilding figure competition, under Ingrid's guidance. This is something I would never have dreamed of doing in the past but it just demonstrates how Ingrid's programs have developed my confidence to the point where I am willing to go out of my comfort zone to try something different, and see what I can really achieve with my ongoing body transformation process.
Ingrid and all of the Body Conquest staff and members were such a support to me during my preparation for the figure competition, held in May 2011. Even being an online client, I truly feel like a part of the Body Conquest family. Ingrid not only provided all of my eating and training plans for the competition, utilising her extensive knowledge, but also supported me through all of the emotional ups and downs of preparing for a competition. Ingrid and Body Conquest also supported me through all of the organising of costumes, music, tanning, choreography, etc., and they certainly made it heaps of fun along the way.
Ingrid never fails to answer my questions or address my concerns and is so patient and supportive, as well as setting very high and clear expectations for me. I thoroughly enjoyed my figure competition experience and would love to do it again one day. I know I could not have done it without Ingrid and I am so glad and proud that I did. To anyone who is considering competing, go for it, you will not regret it. It is an amazing experience.
Working with Ingrid to improve my health, fitness and eating habits has also helped me in many other areas of my life. For example, I looked great at my recent wedding, due to Ingrid's ongoing help to keep my body in shape. I have also found that my sporting ability and general fitness is better than it has ever been in my life. I am now a very good runner and able to be competitive in sports that I have never been very good at in the past. It is a great feeling to work hard and get the results you are working towards. Ingrid has been a massive part of this improvement for me and I cannot thank her enough. She has changed my life and my lifestyle forever and I am so grateful to her.

Dear Ingrid
With a very limited knowledge of exercise and weight control I traded my comfort zone for your gymnasium, a huge step not taken lightly. It became apparent from our first meeting that you took your business very seriously and your passion for health and fitness was infectious. During my initial 10 week programme and even now, 6 months later, it is always comforting to know I am in the hands of a "true professional".
As a woman in her 50's, I have seen a multitude of empty promises in the weight /fitness arena and I guess the older we become the more sceptical we also become. I took a chance with you and you delivered in every possible way and more!
Thank you for making me accountable, thank you for encouraging me to strive and persist, thank you for educating me and liberating me from the habit of bad eating and thank you for taking my body from its sleep state to now one of being alive and confident!

Well let me see I lost 10 kg in 10 weeks!! And I did it in a healthy way, no crash dieting, no hours an hours of running, no fasting, I actually ate more frequent, trained less than I thought, and most of all enjoyed the whole experience.
Here's just a little insight into why:
After my first week at Body Conquest (BC) it came time for the review of my training diary. Me and Ingrid sat down and discussed it and I honestly didn't think I had done that bad. How mistaken I was! Don't get me wrong, I don't eat loads of takeaways, don't drink fizzy drinks or even have a sweet tooth, so how did I get it so wrong? Simple really, eating the wrong stuff at the wrong time of day, not enough fruit and vegetables, drinking too much alcohol and generally over sized portions every meal. I was advised by Ingrid, things had to change.
Ingrid and Ji are fantastic trainers for lots of reasons; the most important is their infectious enthusiasm and support. They taught me that fitness isn't impossible, or even difficult - and the more results I see, the more encouraged I will be to keep going.
The simple fact is that I've done the work that's gotten me to this point - but I never would have done it if it hadn't been for Ingrid and Ji. Someone recently asked me if I could have accomplished the same results without them. Could have? Sure. Would have? Never.
Although I have achieved my goals, I continue to train with Ingrid and Ji on a weekly basis. The diversity of there training program, their commitment to their clients and their 24 hour support makes an excellent combination, and I now look forward to every session.
To Ing and Ji thanks for all your help so far. You have no idea how much you've helped me already, I sometimes feel so overwhelmed with information on how to achieve a healthier lifestyle that it helps to have someone like you to explain things clearly and concisely."

I had trained with other trainers a few years ago, in fact I tried three, but never achieved anything close to what I wanted for myself. I just lost confidence in trainers and have since just gone at it alone. My results were still disappointing. But now, Having Ingrid as my trainer everything is perfectly on track and I am doing better than I ever have. I saw noticeable within the first ten days, which Ingrid indicated I would. Within three weeks some of my friends were giving me compliments and now they are telling me I don't need to lose any more weight. What can I say? Ingrid's knowledge is second to none, she is a fantastic trainer and I love being a part of Body Conquest. Who knows, I might even consider doing a competition!

Body Conquest has provided me with the invaluable knowledge that has helped facilitate the transformation of my physique, and has developed new motivation and improved self-esteem. When I had my first consultation with Ingrid I had a vision of how I wanted my body to look, yet lacked the knowledge and skills to attain that vision. Ingrid helped to set specific goals over a fixed time frame which made the transformation process realistic and within reach. Since completing my first fat loss program over 12 weeks my body fat percentage plummeted from 18.6% to about 6%. Over the 12 weeks I was educated on Nutritional Principles for fat loss.
Body Conquest provided a clear direction with specific answers to nutritional queries, and rectified any issues within my current diet regime. Ingrid taught me how to structure cardio exercise to maximise results from my efforts. Seeing my body change each week was a continual motivator to keep giving 100%. Body Conquest achieves results! I was introduced to Body Conquest by a friend of mine who had commenced the 10 week fat loss course and was raving about how well she felt and the results she was seeing.
I had tried numerous diets and workouts but struggled to maintain motivation after a couple of weeks. I also had very little idea about correct nutrition so I decided to contact Ingrid for help. It only took one meeting with Ingrid and I knew I had came to the right place. One of the first things Ingrid asked me was what I what I wanted to look like. I told her that I wanted to look fit and have a 6 pack. Ingrid looked me straight in the eye and told me that if I follow her nutrition and exercise program then there is no reason that I can't look how I want. She told me the 10 week fat loss course would set me on my way and that I would have the entire Body Conquest team motivating me.I was hooked.
After receiving my diet plan for the next 10 weeks I was amazed at the variety and quantity of food I could eat. I absolutely enjoyed my training sessions with Ji whether it was a weights session or a killer ICE session and it didn't take long for me to start noticing the physical changes. At the end of the 10 weeks I had dropped from a size 34 waist to a size 31 and felt stronger and healthier than ever before.
After completing the 10 week fat loss course, I have increased my training sessions from 2 a week to 3 a week and continue to get leaner and stronger and closer to seeing my elusive 6 pack. Aside from the physical changes I have noticed, the emotional changes have been just as great. I am a lot more confident, I seem to walk taller and mirrors have become my friends.
I cannot thank Ingrid and Ji enough for their constant support and motivation and would recommend Body Conquest to anyone.

When I contacted Ingrid I was at a low and using excuses for piling on the weight, I gave up smoking and had lost my Dad to Cancer. My Mother had had me on diets since I could remember starting with taking Diet shakes to school in a thermos, Jenny Craig (great while on there food) Gloria Marshall (waste of time) Weight Watchers (did enjoy my treat of KFC on the way home from a weigh in) and even having a Gastric Lapband inserted 10 years ago (I lost 65 kg but found I could eat lots of junk food as long as I ate food that easily dissolved chocolate and Cheese and Bacon Balls were favs)
Unfortunately none of these so called solution turned into life changing solutions NONE of them until now taught me to eat correctly or exercise correctly. Thanks to Ingrid and of course Ji I have lost 10 kg and inches off all over my body I can see a change in the way I look and my friends find it funny that they have never seen me eat so much and enjoy my food.(Who thought you could eat and still lose weight NOT ME!) I never thought I would look forward to hitting the Gym and getting (as my kids put it ) slammed by Ji. At first I found it hard to have 5 meals a day I was lucky to eat 1 meal a day and I would normally just graze the rest of the time on chips Biscuits and other JUNK and I would go to bed feeling like crap and toss and turn.
Now I sleep with only the few aches and pains from training but I don't mind those cause I know I earned then working out with Ji or in my home Gym with my son pushing me not to stop. I have found the education session fantastic because you can actually understand Why you are eating the way you are Why you have to eat the Fats and Why you eat the protien and carbohydrates and the treat of the salad sandwich or sweet potato or my favourite Porridge on a Sunday Morning after my work-out It all makes sense even the text messages of encouragement and the emails are all helpful and inspirational.
So thanks Ingrid and Ji and I look forward to the next exciting stage of my wonderful transformation MP Training

I didn't realise I needed to get help for my weight until I saw a photo from a friend's wedding. I looked at it and was wondering who that chubby girl was at a table with all my friends. It took me a few seconds to realise she was me. "The Photo" was a revelation, up until that moment I knew I had put on a couple of KG's but didn't think it was anything much, when the fact was I had put on about 11kgs. I knew it was time to take action, the question was what action? With so much contradictory information out there I had no idea where to start. I knew I needed to exercise and eat healthily but what exactly did that mean?
So it began, for exercise I took part in circuit training a couple of times a week and the food, I tried Dukan, Atkins, The Zone, South Beach, CSIRO, you name it and I probably did it. The best results I got where a 3kg drop which I put back on when I became disillusioned by my lack of success.
Then a friend told me about Body Conquest, so I got on the website and saw that it appeared to be what I was looking for, a program where exercise and nutrition are designed to work together and tailored for me to get the best results. So I gave Ingrid a call to set up a meeting. That was the best decision I ever made with regards to my weight and health, after speaking with Ingrid and being shown what the 10 week fat loss course entailed I signed up on the spot. The course was fantastic it doesn't just tell you what to eat, it teaches you to construct a meal so no matter where you are you can make correct food choices.
You are also given mini lessons on why the nutrition plan you are following is working. Understanding why certain foods were going to help change my body shape and why certain foods were going to hamper my success made following the plan so much easier. My favourite part of the program were my training sessions, I trained with Ji who is quite a taskmaster, but the feeling of accomplishment you get from completing a really tough session is like nothing else, he was always there to push me to get the very best out of myself and his knowledge of how the human body works is extraordinary.
On completion of the 10 week fat loss course I had dropped 7kgs from my original weight, 5.7% body fat and 33cms from all over my body. I was concerned that when I finished I would slip back into old habits but the support didn't end when the course did. Ingrid wrote me a fantastic exercise program, whenever I have any questions I send off an e-mail and before I know it I will have my answer, and I am still seeing changes in my body composition. I take part in in house competitions with other current and past clients and attend free seminars that BC offers on all manner of topics from food preparation and organisation to motivational tips from a Sports Psychologist.
I am planning on undertaking another body composition course that follows on from the fat loss course in the near future and in the meantime I train casually at the body conquest gym. I choose to train at BC because I love the atmosphere there, if someone isn't congratulating me on how fantastic my progress is, then I am seeing someone changing before my very eyes and congratulating them. It is an inspiring place to train and it really feels like a community where everyone genuinely wants the best for each other. I love meeting new clients because I know how fantastic that feeling is when you realise you've just found a lifestyle and that diet merry go round can stop.
Body Conquest didn't just change what I look like, it reminded me of things that I had long forgotten, like that if I want to achieve something all I need are the right tools and I can do it, it gave me back confidence and made me a happier, nicer person to be around. I cannot speak highly enough of the team at Body Conquest and I would recommend it to anyone who wants a healthy sustainable lifestyle.

I came to Body Conquest pretty much a basket case. I have tried so many diets and been a member of countless gyms. Immediately upon meeting Ingrid I felt I was finally in the company of someone who would support, motivate and guide me (not so gently) in the right direction. I have been training with BC for nearly 14 months now and it is only now that my metabolism is starting to really shift and improve. I have lost a total of 17 kilograms and I am happy with that, however in the past two weeks I have lost three kilo's and have developed a hunger for my next meal. At last!! Ingrid explained to me that this is what we were waiting for.
My strength has improved by nearly four times with my upper body, and five times in my thighs. As a nurse I had lower back issues when I first began, but now I never even get any pain at all. I am so happy with the BC crew that I sent my daughter to Ingrid and she too has had great success with her fat loss, but also understands alot more about things like "metabolic syndrome", the "dead zone" and essential fats.
I cannot recommend Ingrid and her staff enough. The time she has spent on my home programs, mentoring, text messages that always seem to come at the right time, emails, Body Conquest functions is absolutely priceless. Most of all I find the sessions hard, heavy, fun and empowering. More power to me.

I have been an on-line client with Ingrid for nearly 6 months. I had avidly followed Ingrid's articles in Ironman and Fighting Fat and felt that she had the right experience, knowledge and credibility to help me with my goals.
