Expertise
When harnessed, the mind is an extremely powerful tool and the power it can have over the body is extraordinary. We have all watched clips of athletes competing and training when their body has just about shut down. Of athletes going above and beyond what their bodies are capable of simply by focusing their mind. The 'never give up' is not giving up when your body has had enough, but never giving up when your mind wants to.
They are available all year around and provide tailored programs to enhance your performance in these areas. Individualised programs are designed to empower you, leading to consistent peak performance. So whether you are an elite, amateur or aspiring athlete, they can help you achieve your goals.
The Performance and Sport Psychology Clinic was established in 2010 and is based in metropolitan and regional Victoria that services individuals, teams, and organisations throughout Australia and abroad. PSPCs success is due to the highly practical nature of the services provided and is fueled by the team's dedication to the pursuit of achieving results. PSPC is one of very few psychology consultancies that is solely dedicated to servicing athletes and performance.
Weekend
Dane has a passion for working with people in his spare time, heavily (not yet but will be) involved with Surf life Saving on the Surf Coast. On weekends you may find him out on the waves, tapping out the k's on his bike, or indulging in some coffee. He also likes to dabble with (and drink) home-made cider.
