foodBody Conquests nutrition programs are designed to provide you with the knowledge to make sure your fueling requirements are adapted and in line with your fitness and lifestyle needs. We will teach you how to make the right foods available at the right time, through a dietary process known as chrononutrition or nutrient timing. An organised and informed dietary plan is imperative if you wish to maximise fat loss and or muscle gain during your training.

We now know that the best way to get a lean and defined body is through a two-pronged attack: Exercise and Nutrition. A powerful BC mantra is "you cannot outtrain a poor diet".  No matter how great those workouts are, they equate to less than 5% of the entire week. We empower you with the knowledge of what to eat,when to eat it, how to eat and why you eat it, in order to achieve your goals with fantastic results.  Templates of eating on training days and non training days are provided, giving practical application to demonstrate great nutritional strategies.  This highly structured and informative program aims to address persistent issues encountered by clients wishing to overcome nutritional difficulties that impede there physical development and fitness, including troubleshooting peer group pressure and dining out.  A fascinating discovery of the intricacies of the human body and how food integrates into daily life, the BC Nutrion program will enlighten and motivate as you discover amazingly simple recipes for the time pressured and how to make meal planning simple through practical sessions including fun and tasty cooking demonstrations.

  • Tanya Bistrovic

    Tanya has been training with Body Conquest for three and a half years.  After avidly following Metabolic Precision twice, Tanya  exceeded her goals in developing solid muscle and the BC team were thrilled when she made the decision to compete in a show. Tanya competed in the Victorian State Titles in WFF Tall Figure Class and placed third in this division and shortly after the Southern Hemisphere's in the same class. Her efforts with Body Conquest paid dividends as Tanya placed 6th out of 9 competitors. Showing her new found love of the sport and indeed her desire to improve her physique and take it to the next level Tanya quickly committed to continuing on towards the October 2011 Victorian Titles.

  • Doug Blomeley

    Doug is a former Personal Trainer student of BC Director Ingrid Barclay. Doug had decided that he wanted to get into the shape of his life for a photo-shoot and came to Body Conquest to guide him with his nutrition to achieve an 8 pack.  With careful guidance from the BC team combined with his tenacity and determination, Doug achieved visible results in no time. He executed his plan to perfection and clearly lead him to a great final product.  This is one very determined and disciplined young man. Even more exciting is that Doug is contemplating competing in the future in a natural division of bodybuilding. We look forward to working with him to achieve his next dream. Well done Doug, we at Body Conquest are very proud of you and your achievements. You look fabulous.

  • Cindy Marett

    Cindy met Body Conquest Director Ingrid in 2005 as a chubby girl who had little fitness direction. Cindy knew was that she wasn’t happy with how she looked and came to BC looking to revitalise her figure.  She began training under the guidance of Body Conquest with a rounded program to get her back into shape.  After about six months of efforts and results, we decided that Cindy needed a more concrete goal. So Cindy began a Pre Contest Preparation program aimed at placing her on stage at the  Ms Australia “Miss Fitness” division. Six months later, Cindy hit the stage and not only competed for the first time, but won the Ms Australia! In 2007 after continued efforts and performance results Cindy won the NABBA/WFF Miss International.

  • Tammy Hayes

    Tammy came to Body Conquest as a single mother of three children between eighteen and four years of age. Tammy has been training most of her adult life, but had failed to realise her desired results. Body Conquest helped her define real achievable goals including her first competition. Dedicated and enthusiastic she took on the program and her cheerleader themed choreography with exuberance. Tammy placed second in the Sports Model Ms Victoria before representing Body Conquest in the Miss Australia in Sydney. Up against a strong contingent, with most girls being up to twenty years younger, Tammy gave an outstanding effort and placed third overall, truly impressive for a 36 year old.   Her composure, energy, smile and athleticism is commendable. Well done Tammy.

  • Fleur Mancini

    Fleur contacted Body Conquest because she desperately wanted to improve her body composition. Although not terribly overweight, she carried some abdominal fat and wanted more definition in her arms.  Under the skilled and friendly guidance of the Body Conquest team Fleur was able to engage in a program that addressed the key issues and provided her with lasting results.   Addressing Fleur's nutritional practices was primary to getting Fleur in the shape of her life and combined with a rounded training schedule and her dedication, achieved the fabulous figure that she continues to maintain today.

  • Lachlan Brown

    Lachlan Brown came to Body Conquest wanting to define clear goals and understanding of his nutrition in order to  recomposition his body.  The dedicated staff at Body Conquest helped develop a unique program aimed at stimulating lean muscle growth whilst diminishing body fat.  Combined with a rounded and healthy dietary program,  Lachlan and his own dedication created the results he desired and an enviable yet easily achieved figure.  Lachlan is currently training hard and is  contemplating doing an INBA show to showcase the stunning results of his hard work.

  • Eliza Brown and Erin Martin

    Eliza and Erin came to Body Conquest to refine their figures and develop their training with clear goals for entering the competitive world.  Both Eliza and Erin competed in the NABBA/WFF Victorian Titles in October of 2011 in the Sports Model Division. The two girls lost 20 kilos' between them to get on stage in winning form. Erin stamped her authority on the class , impressing the judges with her personality in the second round. Her level of conditioning displayed in the first round saw her a clear winner, and by the judges accounts of round three, her gracefulness and dress choice had her easily leading the field. Eliza came a credible third.  The dedicated team at Body Conquest were thrilled to help the girls and even more excited to see such fantastic results for both at their first competition.
