    Cindy came to Body Conquest with a clear goal in mind of completely re-inventing her body. As a captain in the army Cindy wasn't afraid of hard work and was no stranger to disciplined training. Like many though, it was the nutrition that Cindy had to relearn. Cindy was easily motivated as she was also getting married, so she eagerly signed up for the 10 Week Fat Loss Course. Cindy's transformation was fantastic and Body Conquest was delighted to see her look and feel so fantastic on her wedding day. Amazing effort Cindy!

  • Terry Liebig

    Body Conquest first met Terry at a point in his life where he needed drastic change to his lifestyle and health. His doctor made it clear, that fundamental changes were needed, or else he would risk living with severe health issues that would ultimately shorten his lifespan. Terry tackled the 10 Week Fat Loss Course and continued training with Body Conquest for the next four years. The following photos were taken in the first 20 weeks, proving that in five short months you can really change your physique dramatically. Currently Terry is continuing his fitness via on-line training with Body Conquest and is preparing for the 2012 Qld Nabba/Wff state titles.

  • Mat Hay

    Mat Hay came to Body Conquest quite unhappy with where he was at with his physique. Being a young father he wanted to have more energy to keep up with the needs of young children. He also wanted to feel and look better for himself. Mat applied himself 100% to the Body Conquest 10 Week Fat Loss Course and focused on his nutrition and motivation.  Since completing the initial program, Mat decided to increase his training sessions at Body Conquest before  a well deserved holiday. Mat has by no means finished his quest and intends to make the things that he has learnt a part of his new normal to ensure he maintains the results that he has achieved. Mat lost nearly 9kg's in the first 10 weeks, but Ji tells me that he has come down even more since his last assessment. Congratulations Matt.

    Sue wanted permanent change in her eating and to find that winning combination of enjoying life and feeling great about her physique at the same time. Sue's husband, daughter and son have been so supportive of Sue and her fabulous endeavours in both the kitchen and the gym. Sue eats 6 times a day, trains regularly and is as fit as she has ever been. She took part in the 50 Day Challenge over Christmas and lost even more body fat. She now feels completely comfortable in a pair of bikini's. Over the course of her 10 Weeks, Sue went from 70.3 kg's and 36.6% body fat to a svelte 60.9 and 24.1% body fat. Awe-inspiring!

    Cheryl came to Body Conquest deeply unhappy with her lifestyle and physique. However Cheryl had an impending trip to Europe and her decision was to get on that plane feeling fit and fabulous about herself. To her credit, Cheryl dropped just on 13 kilos and nearly three dress sizes, by engaging in a Body Conquest program. Not only did she look different, but Cheryl also gained strength and heart fitness to help enable her to enjoy her trip more through improvements in physical health. The idea was for her to be able to cope with hikes, sightseeing and stairs with aplomb. Importantly Cheryl has now learned the tools shared by Body Conquest with which to keep a lean and trim physique.

  • Matthew Fiesley

    Matthew Fiesley is a remarkable young man, who was referred to Body Conquest by BC client Doug Blomeley. He had seen how Doug had really gotten great results and decided he was ready to turn his life around. It was clear that continuing his lifestyle would lead towards being morbidly obese.  At the age of 20, this would have impeded greatly on his lifestyle and psychological state. Matt has been working with Body Conquest for 10 months now and in that time has lost an incredible 45 kilo's.  The combination of eating correctly and maintaining great fitness has enabled huge change in his lifestyle and left a remarkable smile. In this case I really think the picture says it all.

    Already working in the fitness industry, Judy sought out Body Conquest in her personal quest to finally achieve the body she had in mind for herself.  Judy is chasing an "8" pack to round off an already impressive figure. Judy applied herself diligently to the 10 Week Fat Loss course and her results were outstanding.
